Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13, 1981) is an American actor. He began his acting career playing on TV shows such as Opposite sexual assault. Following appearances in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans appeared in several films that adapted comic books and graphic novels, like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim and the World vs. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). As part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he gained more recognition as Captain America/Steve Rogers. It includes Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 as well as Captain America: Civil War. He also was on The Avengers Age of Ultron in 2015 Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame in the year 2019. The work he did on the Marvel series helped establish him as one of the top-paid actors.
